And that brings an end to the 2010 Paralympic Games!

It was another beautiful day yesterday at Whistler. Jasmin finished 22nd in the Super G. He said the course was pretty rough and icy. All in all, we are happy with his first Paralympic Games. After only two years of training, he had a phenomenal top 10 finish in the Downhill.
Jasmin has really met adversity head on and has overcome so many obsticals in the last few years. It was only 18 months ago, the doctor told me he was fighting for his life after contracting ganggreen in a pressure sore. After all of Jasmin's surgeries, he talked about how ready he was to hit the slopes and start training again. Skiing is what makes him feel alive and free from that darn wheelchair.
Jasmin has learned so much from these games! He is so excited about training for the next four years and being even more prepared for Sochi 2014!!
Thank you for all support and encouragement as Jasmin accommplished his dream of competing in the Parlaympics! Please keep in touch with us! sbambur@hotmail.com and dzas1@hotmail.com
